This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a public offer to conclude an agreement on the use of the internet website, cloud digital service, its component parts and functional elements, located at https://puzzle-home.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Service) and is concluded between:
Limited Liability Company "PUZZLE PROPTECH" (LLC "PUZZLE HOME", TIN 7804696599, PSRN 1227800132504), located at: 195197, Russia, Saint Petersburg, Marshal Blucher Avenue, building 12, block 7, letter A, premises 328 (hereinafter referred to as "PUZZLE"), being the author, developer and operator of the Service
and
Internet users (hereinafter referred to as the User) on the terms provided by this Agreement and its appendices.
The Agreement is a public offer within the meaning of Part 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The User's performance of one of the following actions aimed at using the Service constitutes the User's acceptance of the terms of the Agreement (acceptance), including:
* a) use of the PUZZLE internet website;
* b) viewing or searching for information posted on the Service;
* c) Registration on the Service;
* d) each subsequent access to the Service;
* e) clicking the corresponding button on the Service;
* f) entering the confirmation code sent to the User via SMS message to the Mobile phone number. The confirmation code is entered by the User on the Service and is a method of confirming the User's mobile phone (Login).
By performing any of the actions listed in points a) – f) of this part of the Agreement, the User also fully and unconditionally accepts the terms (accepts) of the Agreement on the use of simple electronic signature (SES) in accordance with clause 12 of the Agreement.
If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately cease using the Service.
The Agreement enters into force at the moment of its acceptance by the User, is valid for an indefinite period and remains legally binding throughout the entire period of the User's use of the Service.
The Agreement may be amended by PUZZLE at any time, unilaterally without notifying the User.
The new version of the Agreement enters into force from the date of its publication on the Service, by posting the new version of the Agreement on the PUZZLE internet website at the link: https://puzzle-home.com/rules.
If the User does not agree with the amendments made and is not ready to comply with the terms of the Agreement in the future, they are obliged to refuse access to the Service and cease its use.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
PUZZLE HOME Service (Service) – a software complex developed by PUZZLE, representing a set of computer programs, databases, including updates to them and additional functionalities, trademarks and commercial designations, information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photo and video materials, websites located on the Internet, and other results of intellectual activity, the purpose of which is to automate the processes of collecting and analyzing data necessary for conducting underwriting procedures for credit applications and concluding mortgage lending agreements for individuals, project financing (targeted lending) for legal entities, collection, aggregation, analysis, presentation of data (including personal data) for the purpose of providing access to programs for supporting lending processes and monitoring the progress of construction of individual residential houses, access to which is carried out via the Internet and is located on the website at: https://puzzle-home.com/, the owner and operator of which is PUZZLE.
Application – a specialized set of data and information about the Potential borrower (Potential borrowers) / Borrower, Construction customer, Contractor, land plot and collateral subject, collected, processed and analyzed using the Service functionality, including, but not limited to: full name, contact phone number, email address, consent of the Potential borrower for processing of personal data by the Service and its Partners, receipt of advertising information, object type, region, locality of planned construction of Individual Residential House (IRH), estimate for construction of IRH, as well as any other contact/personal information transmitted by the User, Customer, Potential borrower / Borrower to PUZZLE using the Service, which PUZZLE, with the consent of the Potential borrower / Borrower, transfers to Partners. The Application is transmitted to Partners in electronic form.
Potential borrowers / Borrowers – individuals interested in obtaining a mortgage loan obtained by Potential borrowers / Borrowers for the purpose of constructing an individual residential house (hereinafter referred to as IRH).
IRH – Individual residential house as a specific real estate object, in accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
IHC – Individual housing construction as a sector of housing construction, providing for urban planning preparation of land plots, construction of individual and low-rise residential buildings, as well as all necessary accompanying infrastructure.
Customer – individuals (including Potential borrowers / Borrowers) planning the erection (construction) of IRH with the involvement of a Contractor, planning to conclude or having concluded with the Contractor a Contract for the erection (construction) of IRH, including in accordance with the Federal Law "On the Construction of Residential Buildings under Construction Contracts Using Escrow Accounts" dated July 22, 2024 No. 186-FZ and/or the Federal Law "On Participation in Shared Construction of Apartment Buildings and Other Real Estate Objects and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" dated December 30, 2004 No. 214-FZ.
Contractor – a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, duly created and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, implementing services and works for the construction of IRH on the territory of the Russian Federation, having the necessary permits and admissions to carry out the corresponding type of activity, if this is provided for by the law of the Russian Federation.
Accreditation – a functional part of the Service, representing a set of measures carried out by PUZZLE using the technical means of the Service, aimed at conducting verification of solvency, economic and financial condition, experience in implementing works for the construction of IRH and the level of competence of the Contractor. The set of measures and activities carried out by the Service within the framework of Accreditation is determined by PUZZLE's internal regulatory document – "Methodology for accreditation of contracting organizations and individual entrepreneurs on the PUZZLE HOME Service as a Contractor for IRH construction".
Targeted project financing / Targeted project loan – a credit product the purpose of which is phased (tranche) controlled financing of the Contractor in order to ensure the execution of contracts for the erection (construction) of IRH concluded between the Contractor and the Customer.
Object – individual residential house.
Bank – a credit institution, duly created and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, carrying out activities in the field of mortgage lending to individuals and/or project financing and lending to Contractors, as well as other banking activities
Authorized person – a representative of the User authorized to communicate with the Service and PUZZLE on issues related to the use of the Service.
User — an individual, Contractor or Partner who enters the website of the PUZZLE HOME Service, uses the current version of the Service to perform specific tasks and functions. a visitor to the Site, or a Partner. The right to use the Service is granted to the User who has completed Registration. For Users under 18 years of age, access to the Service may be restricted.
User role (Role) – a characteristic of the Service User, determining the level and nature of the User's access to the Service, the composition of digital products, services, functional capabilities of the Service available to a specific Role. The composition of User Roles and their access levels to the functional parts of the Service is determined by PUZZLE in the instructions for using the Service. User Roles include, in particular: Customer, Contractor, Partner, Bank (and others, at PUZZLE's discretion).
Personal account (PA) – a password-protected specialized information-analytical system that is an integral part of the Service, located on the Internet at: https://puzzle-home.com/, access to which is provided to Users based on a unique Account (Login) and Password (One-time password), designed for collecting and analyzing data, accessing functional parts and elements of the Service, as well as for exchanging information and electronic documents between Users, Partners and PUZZLE at any time and from any computer (other device) having Internet access. The User's Personal account provides:
* individualization and authentication of the User;
* implementation by the User of the right to use the Services;
* exchange of information and electronic documents, including legally significant documents signed with SES between Users, Contractors, Partners and PUZZLE on the terms of the Agreement;
Digital Estimate Scoring – a functional part of the Service, representing a system of automated verification of the composition and estimated cost of IRH construction, conducted using the Service in order to provide Service Users with comprehensive information about the qualitative and cost characteristics of the IRH planned for construction. The result of Digital Estimate Scoring is the calculation and assignment of scoring indicators for IRH construction estimates in accordance with PUZZLE's internal regulation – "Rules and methodology for conducting automated analysis of the composition and estimated cost of construction and installation works in the construction of IHC objects based on the preparation of an indicative conclusion – "Digital Estimate Scoring".
Digital Construction Management – a functional part of the Service, representing an information-analytical system for planning, data collection, control, management and information exchange between Users - participants in the IRH construction process, in order to ensure control over financial and construction operations, collection and analysis of data on the dynamics and quality of construction, as well as preparation and exchange of acceptance and other documents necessary to ensure IRH financing and construction processes.
Email address − the email address (e-mail) of the User specified by them during Registration or during subsequent data changes in the Personal account;
SES Key − a unique sequence of characters (with a limited validity period and a one-time use opportunity), sent by PUZZLE to the User (including the Partner) via SMS message or push notification to sign electronic documentation (ED);
Confirmation code − a unique sequence of characters (with a limited validity period and a one-time use opportunity), to the User (including the Partner) via SMS message or push notification to the Mobile phone number or in the PUZZLE mobile application, intended for confirming the User's actions on the Site and the User's access to the Personal account;
Partner/Contractor content − any information and results of intellectual activity of the User (Partner or Contractor), posted on the Service or demonstrated by the User through the use of the Service.
Login − the User's mobile phone number;
Mobile phone number − the mobile phone number of the User specified and confirmed by the User during Registration, or during subsequent data changes in the Personal account, including when ordering services on the Service or the intention to use them;
Object card / Contractor page / Contractor showcase − an informational message posted on the Service and available to Service Users for viewing, and to the author of the message – for editing, about IRH objects/works/services offered for sale/rent using the functional capabilities of the Site;
Smart estimate – a digital tool for calculating the IRH construction budget, operating on the basis of ML models, the author, developer and holder of exclusive rights to which is PUZZLE. The result of the Smart estimate is a Digital estimate of IRH construction calculated according to User parameters;
Digital estimate – a data set reflecting the composition, cost, volumes of materials and construction and installation works necessary for the erection (construction) of IRH, presented in the form of an interactive web interface and/or mobile application interface and reflecting the distribution of construction and installation works by work stages and construction work packages. The Digital estimate data set is the main data set on the basis of which Digital Estimate Scoring is conducted.
Password / Permanent password / Account password − a confidential symbolic designation created by the User and used together with the Login to authenticate the User in order to gain access to the Personal account without using a One-time confirmation code;
Partner − a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, or an individual, both being a payer of professional income tax and not being one, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. On behalf of the Partner, its Authorized persons may also act: employees, agents and other persons, regardless of the method of formalizing powers. The Partner bears full responsibility for the actions of its Authorized persons;
Simple electronic signature (SES) − an electronic signature created in accordance with Federal Law No. 63-FZ of April 6, 2011 "On Electronic Signature" as a result of using the SES Key in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on the use of simple electronic signature (clause 12 of the Agreement), which, through the use of codes, passwords or other means, confirms the fact of the formation of an electronic signature by a specific person – the User;
Registration / Authentication − a set of User actions in accordance with the instructions on the Service, performed using a special registration / authentication form of the user interface, including providing a Login, one-time Confirmation code and/or Password in order to form the User's Account on the Service, ensure secure access to the Personal account and gain access to the Service;
Results of intellectual activity (RIA) – results of intellectual activity and means of individualization of legal entities, goods, works, services and enterprises equivalent to them within the meaning of Article 1225 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which are the subject of protection of PUZZLE, Users or Partners.
External means of User identification and authentication (External-ID) – services, software and hardware means of User identification provided by Service Partners (for example – T-ID, SBER-ID, Yandex.ID, VK.ID and others). The list of External-ID services is posted by the Service on the PUZZLE website in the directory at: https://puzzle-home.com/rules;
Content – any informationally significant content of an information resource, including in the form of texts, reviews, comments, announcements, photos, videos, including news and other materials left by the User on the Service under their Account.
Agreement on the use of simple electronic signature (Agreement on the use of SES) − an Agreement on the use of simple electronic signature concluded between Users, PUZZLE, Partners (clause 12 of the Agreement), defining the procedure for using SES during the exchange of electronic documents, including cases of recognition of electronic documents signed with SES as equivalent to documents on paper media signed with a handwritten signature, between the User, PUZZLE and the Partner;
Electronic document (ED) − a document in electronic form signed by the User and/or PUZZLE and/or the Partner using SES on the terms provided by the Agreement on the use of SES (clause 12 of the Agreement).
Account data − a unique Login and Confirmation code or Permanent password of the User, intended for access to the Service;
Chat − Service functionality that allows interaction between Users and PUZZLE through the exchange of messages and/or files;
Other terms and definitions not specified in this section of the Agreement have the meaning assigned to them in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. PUZZLE under this Agreement provides the User with access to the PUZZLE website and Service located on the Internet at the web address: https://puzzle-home.com/ on the terms of the Agreement, and the User undertakes to use the access provided to them only within the rights and methods provided by the Agreement.
1.2. Viewing by the User of information posted on the PUZZLE website in open access including but not limited to: viewing the Object card, Contractor card (Contractor business page), Project showcase, Contractor showcase, using Smart estimate tools and other functions at PUZZLE's discretion, does not require Registration.
1.3. The User obtains the right to use the Service functionality in full after Registration on the Service.
1.4. For the use of the Service, its functional parts and elements, a fee may be charged from the User (paid services). The amount of remuneration charged by PUZZLE from Users for using the Service is determined by PUZZLE unilaterally and is fixed in the current Tariff policy.
1.5. PUZZLE ensures informing Users about the paid nature of using the Service and the cost of services/products in the following ways:
* By publishing the current Tariff policy on the PUZZLE website at the link: https://puzzle-home.com/rules;
* By additional notification/placement of an information block about the cost of using the Service or its functional part directly on the web page and/or information block about the service/product before the User starts using it;
* Publication of the current Tariff policy on the PUZZLE website at the link: https://puzzle-home.com/rules is the main way of informing Service Users about the cost of using the Service and its functional parts. The Tariff policy is determined by PUZZLE unilaterally. The User is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with PUZZLE's Tariff policy before starting to use the Service.
1.6. The Tariff policy is an integral part of this Agreement. By joining this Agreement, the User agrees to PUZZLE's Tariff policy.
1.7. The interaction procedure, amount of remuneration and commercial terms of Service use by Users who are Service Partners are determined in Partner agreements concluded between PUZZLE and the Partner.
1.8. With regard to the use of certain functional parts of the Service, additional conditions, rules and restrictions may be established. Such conditions, rules and restrictions are established by PUZZLE unilaterally and are reflected in the current version of the Tariff policy.
1.9. PUZZLE has the right at any time to review or change the terms of use of the Service, supplement, change, limit, expand the functionality of the Service, including the conditions of User access to the Service or its functional parts.
1.10. The User agrees that PUZZLE, as well as Service Partners and Contractors, have the right to conclude and execute contracts (agreements), assurances, information, letters, certificates, contracts and any other documents related to the use of the Service or the provision of services and/or supply of goods by Service Partners, to use facsimile reproduction of the signature of an Authorized person and/or graphic image of a seal, affixed using means of mechanical and/or electronic-digital reproduction, including but not limited to using SES.
1.11. The User agrees that the Personal account is a legally significant channel of information exchange, including a channel for exchanging electronic documents signed with SES, recognized as equivalent to documents on paper media signed with a handwritten signature, between PUZZLE, the Service, Users, Contractors and Service Partners.
1.12. The User provides PUZZLE free of charge with the right to use indefinitely the Content and other information of the User posted on the Service and the RIA included in it on the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) irrevocable license within the meaning of paragraph 1, part 1, Article 1236 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The specified license is considered granted by the User at the moment of entering (uploading) content/information into the Service Database.

2. USE OF RIA
2.1. Exclusive rights to related rights objects and RIA, including the PUZZLE website, domain name pzzl.ru / puzzle-home.com and others, the Service and its component and functional parts, graphic interface design (design), company name, PUZZLE trademarks and other RIA objects belong to PUZZLE.
2.2. Any use, extraction, copying, reproduction, processing, distribution of RIA, their placement in free access (publication) on the Internet, use in mass media or other use in any form and by any method not explicitly permitted by this Agreement is prohibited without prior written permission from PUZZLE.
2.3. The User is prohibited from using materials from the PUZZLE website and Service when filling their own databases or databases of third parties.
2.4. In the event of claims by third parties against PUZZLE related to the User's violation of RIA rights, the User undertakes to settle the disputes that have arisen with third parties on their own behalf and at their own expense.

3. REGISTRATION, AUTHENTICATION
3.1. Registration of Users on the Service is performed by Mobile phone number.
3.2. The User in a special Service registration form selects their User Role (including the Contractor Role), specifies the Mobile phone number and using the Confirmation code (SES) confirms that the User has access to the specified Mobile phone number.
3.3. A new Account can be registered to an already used Mobile phone number only in cases where the User has confirmed the fact of re-registration of the Mobile phone number in their name from the name of a third party or in case the User has previously created an Account on the Service but sent a request to delete the PA.
3.4. The User has the right to change the Mobile phone number specified during Registration.
3.5. For the Service to perform the actions described in clause 4.3 and clause 4.4, the User contacts the Service support service through the Support chat.
3.6. After the User enters the Confirmation code (SES), the Service conducts an automated verification of the Confirmation code compliance. With a positive result of the automated verification of the Mobile phone number, PUZZLE performs User Registration in the Service PA and provides the User with access to the Service corresponding to their Role.
3.7. Only one User Account can correspond to one Mobile phone number. A User Account may have several User Roles.
3.8. For subsequent Authentication, the User can create a unique Password and use it to log into the PA in conjunction with the Login (Mobile phone number) without using a Verification code.
3.9. For Registration and Authentication, the User can use External-ID.
3.10. When the User uses External-ID for Registration on the Service, User Registration is carried out with the Login (Mobile phone number) to which the User's External-ID is "linked".
3.11. The list of External-IDs with which the Service is integrated and which are used by PUZZLE for User Registration and Authentication are published by PUZZLE on the website at the link: https://puzzle-home.com/rules and the corresponding action button (Registration/Authentication using External-ID) is placed in the electronic form of User Registration and Authentication on the website and/or mobile application of the Service.
3.12. When registering on the Service, the User sets a mark of their consent and unconditionally agrees with:
* Privacy Policy for processing Users' personal data;
* Rules for processing, storing, transferring Users' personal data;
* Rules for receiving marketing and advertising information;
* Tariff policy.
3.13. The documents specified in clause 4.12 of the Agreement are published by PUZZLE on the PUZZLE website at the link: https://puzzle-home.com/rules and are available without restrictions to all Users for independent study.

4. USER VERIFICATION, KYC
4.1. PUZZLE has the right to use available technical solutions to verify the correctness of information provided by the User when using the Service, as well as data specified by the User during Registration.
4.2. PUZZLE cannot guarantee that the User is the rightful subject of the Account data, including ownership of the Mobile phone number specified by them during Registration on the Service and in the process of its use.
4.3. PUZZLE cannot unequivocally guarantee that the information specified by the User during Registration on the Service and in the process of using the Service corresponds to reality.
* All actions performed by the User on the PUZZLE website and in the Service PA are considered performed on behalf of the User, of their own will and volition. Verification of Users who are Partners and Contractors (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) is carried out in accordance with PUZZLE's regulatory documents published on the PUZZLE website at the link: https://puzzle-home.com/rules.
* When registering on the Service and in the process of using the Service, the Partner/Contractor undergoes verification for compliance with PUZZLE's requirements for Partners/Contractors.
* The rules for conducting Partner/Contractor verification, as well as the relationship between the Partner/Contractor and PUZZLE when using the Service, are determined within the framework of separate agreements between the Partner/Contractor and PUZZLE.
* PUZZLE has the right to request from the Partner/Contractor documents or information to verify and confirm authority both during the Registration process and after it.
* In case of unsuccessful completion of Accreditation, the Service may be unavailable to the Partner/Contractor, or the Service functionality for the Partner/Contractor who has not passed Accreditation may be limited.
* By registering, the Authorized person of the Partner/Contractor guarantees that they have the appropriate authority to do so, obtained from the Partner/Contractor.
* The Partner/Contractor bears full responsibility for the actions of persons who were added by them to the Service PA, as well as for the actions of the person authorized to act on behalf of the Partner/Contractor for the purpose of registering on the Service on behalf of the Partner/Contractor, and contracts concluded by them with PUZZLE through acceptance of offers posted on the Service and in other ways.
4.4. User identity identification (KYC):
4.4.1. PUZZLE has the right to collect data, including Users' personal data, process and analyze it for the purpose of User identity identification.
4.4.2. When carrying out User verification and identity identification procedures, PUZZLE is guided by the rules and recommendations regarding the implementation of client identification procedures (KYC) set forth in Bank of Russia Regulation No. 499-P dated October 15, 2015 "On identification by credit institutions of clients, client representatives, beneficiaries and beneficial owners for the purpose of combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism."
4.4.3. For the purpose of conducting the KYC procedure, PUZZLE through the Service collects, stores, processes and validates the following User data:
* a) Last name, first name, patronymic (if the latter is available);
* b) Date and place of birth;
* c) Citizenship;
* d) Details of the identity document: series (if available) and document number, document issue date, name of the issuing authority, and division code (if available).
4.4.4. The data specified in clause 8.5.3 of the Agreement is provided by the User voluntarily, by filling out electronic forms and uploading copies of documents (including photographs) to the User's PA on the Service.
4.4.5. The User's identity is considered established (identified), and the KYC procedure completed upon fulfillment of at least one of the following conditions:
* a) The User, after their Registration on the Service, has provided data in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Agreement. In addition to the data provided and a copy of the document certifying the User's identity, the User has provided a photograph showing the user's face and the document certifying the user's identity in unfolded form ("selfie" with the document), the data and photographs have been validated by PUZZLE;
* b) The Service Partner, when concluding any type of contract or agreement with the User (including a credit agreement, construction contract or any other contract), the execution of which involves the use of certain Service functionality, conducts User identity identification by checking the documents certifying their identity and checking the compliance of the User's Mobile phone number with the Mobile phone number specified in the contract between the Partner and the User. The Partner undertakes to ensure compliance of data within this clause. The start of work / provision of services under such a contract will mean for PUZZLE that User identification has been completed;
* c) The User has completed Registration or Authentication on the service using an External-ID, the provider and operator of which is a banking organization registered in the territory of the Russian Federation and executing as part of its activities Bank of Russia Regulation No. 499-P dated October 15, 2015 "On identification by credit institutions of clients, client representatives, beneficiaries and beneficial owners for the purpose of combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism";
* d) The User has completed Registration or Authentication using ESIA.

5. SENDING MESSAGES
5.1.1. PUZZLE has the right to send the User system messages related to the Registration, Authentication or Service operation process.
5.1.2. Messages sent to the User in the Service may be of a system (technical), notification, informational, advertising and other nature.
5.1.3. Messages may be sent through the Personal account, Chat, in the form of telecommunication messages, including SMS, PUSH, messages to the Email address and by telephone call.
5.1.4. PUZZLE has the right to send the User, Partner and Contractor messages of an advertising nature through the Personal account, Chat, in the form of telecommunication messages, including SMS, PUSH, messages to the Email address and by telephone call with the User's consent, expressed by performing any actions on the Site that unambiguously identify this User. The User has the right to refuse receiving advertising messages without explanation by reporting their refusal to the email address info@pzzl.ru. When sending a request to refuse receiving advertising messages, the User must indicate in the text of the request the Mobile phone number of their Account data.

6. INFORMATION POSTED ON THE SERVICE
6.1. The User undertakes not to disclose or distribute in open sources, including on the Internet, information and documents received from PUZZLE through the Service, including those received through Chat and/or during the provision of services by Service Partners.
6.2. When using the Service, the User is prohibited from uploading, storing, publishing, distributing, posting messages, including in Chat, and providing access or otherwise using any information that:
* violates the legislation of the Russian Federation or norms of international law;
* is knowingly unreliable and (or) may mislead Users;
* relates to commercial or other secrets;
* relates to legally protected information about the results of intellectual activity and (or) means of individualization;
* relates to information access to which is restricted and (or) which the User does not have the right to distribute;
* contains threats, discredits, insults, defames the honor and dignity of other users or third parties;
* promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or guidelines for committing criminal actions;
* is aimed at any political campaigning;
* is not related to the Service functionality;
* contains malicious programs;
* violates other rights and interests of citizens and legal entities or requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.3. Information posted by the User on the Service that meets the characteristics of advertising in accordance with Article 3 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated March 13, 2006 "On Advertising" must comply with all requirements of advertising legislation.
6.4. The User is obliged to independently ensure compliance with advertising legislation.
6.5. The Partner and Contractor may conduct advertising campaigns, promotions providing for participation or containing mention of PUZZLE or PUZZLE trademarks, as well as use and place advertising and information materials, only with prior written coordination with PUZZLE of the conditions and timing of their conduct.
6.6. PUZZLE is not responsible for Content (information) posted by Users on the Service. In case of detection of violations when posting Content (information) by Service Users, PUZZLE has the right to delete such Content (information) and block the Account of the User who posted such Content (information).
6.7. If the User discovers on the Site information that violates the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation or the Agreement, or information that violates the rights or legally protected interests of Users and third parties, the User may contact PUZZLE with a corresponding request.

7. INFORMATION SECURITY
7.1.1. When using the PUZZLE website and Service, the User, Partner and Contractor are obliged not to violate information security and comply with the following rules:
* not make any changes of a software nature on the User's side, including not implement any kind of program code, executable code, not implement any other objects;
* carry out Registration on behalf of another person only in the presence of authority, executed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
* not mislead PUZZLE, Partners and other Users in any way;
* not destroy or change information posted on the Service, of which the User is not the author;
* not change or delete copyright protection marks and other indications of the rightholder or author placed on documents or materials posted on the Service;
* not use information posted on the Service or obtained using the Service for purposes other than the purposes of the Service;
* not carry out Registration using a Mobile phone number at the disposal of another person;
* immediately change the Password intended for Authentication upon receiving a corresponding requirement from PUZZLE or if PUZZLE has grounds to believe that the specified Password was disclosed and could have been used by unauthorized persons;
* monitor the safety and confidentiality of Account data and not transfer it to unauthorized third parties. In case the User transfers Account data to third parties, the User fully bears responsibility for harm caused to PUZZLE and (or) third parties arising from the transfer of such data;
* not take any actions that may lead to a disproportionately large load on the Service;
* not use software tools (scripts, robots) to read information contained on the Service.
7.2. In case of receipt of complaints from other Users against the User, violations of the provisions of this Agreement, Account hacking, non-provision of documents by the User at PUZZLE's request, upon detection of signs of fraud, liability measures provided by the Agreement may be applied.
7.3. PUZZLE recommends that Users exercise prudence and caution in the process of using the Service.
7.4. PUZZLE recommends that Users take all possible measures to protect their data and their Account data. Not to inform third parties and not transfer to them their registration data, Passwords, Confirmation codes and so on.

8. AGREEMENT ON THE USE OF SIMPLE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (SES)

8.1. This Agreement on the use of SES defines the rights and obligations of participants in electronic interaction, establishes the conditions for the use of SES between Users, PUZZLE, Contractors, Partners and other counterparties in the process of using the Service, Personal account, establishes rules for determining the person using SES, cases of recognition of ED signed with SES as equivalent to documents on paper media signed with a handwritten signature, as well as the procedure for verifying SES.
8.2. All actions performed in the Personal account for the exchange and signing of ED are considered performed on behalf of the User (including the Partner/Contractor in the corresponding Role). The fact of creation, signing and sending of ED by the User to PUZZLE, as well as SES verification and other User actions are recorded and stored by PUZZLE. Log files, i.e. reports created by PUZZLE's software and technical means, in which actions and events performed by the User on the Service are recorded, are sufficient and admissible, including for submission to state and judicial authorities.
8.3. The User is obliged to familiarize themselves with the ED in full before signing it.
8.4. To sign the ED, the User initiates the ED signing process, for this purpose sends a request to PUZZLE through the Service (clicking a special button, performing a special action, etc.).
8.5. After receiving a request to create SES, a record with the User identifier is created in the Service database. The SES Key, as well as information about the ED being signed, is sent to the User (including the Partner/Contractor) to their valid Mobile phone number via SMS message, PUSH notification or voice message by calling the User's Mobile phone number. If the SES Key is not entered on the Service within the limited validity period, it loses its relevance and the User needs to resend a request to create SES.
8.6. The User is obliged to ensure the absence of third-party access to the valid Mobile phone number to which PUZZLE sends the SES Key.
8.7. To sign the ED, the User enters the SES Key received via SMS message, PUSH notification or voice message into the corresponding field of the Service interactive form and/or clicks the functional electronic button.
8.8. From the moment the User enters the SES Key and clicks the corresponding button on the corresponding interactive form of the Service, necessary for signing the ED is considered signed, and the ED is considered equivalent to documents on paper media signed with a handwritten signature.
8.9. One SES can sign several EDs (ED package). When signing an ED package with SES, each of the EDs included in this package is considered signed with the SES with which the entire ED package is signed.
8.10. ED is recognized by PUZZLE, Contractors and Service Partners as signed with the User's SES if it simultaneously meets the following requirements:
* executed in the manner established by the Agreement on the use of SES; the User correctly entered the SES Key in the corresponding field of the Service interactive form and/or clicked the functional electronic button;
* there is a positive result of SES verification by the Service.
8.11. ED signed with the User's SES, in the manner established by this Agreement, is recognized by Users, PUZZLE, Contractors, Service Partners as equivalent to a document on paper media signed with the User's handwritten signature.
8.12. Users, PUZZLE, Contractors, Service Partners recognize that the methodology of signing ED used in the Service is sufficient to confirm the ownership of the signed ED to a specific User and corresponds to their registration data in the Service.
8.13. SES verification and establishment of the fact of ED signing by the User (including the Partner/Contractor) is carried out by registration (making an entry in the corresponding Service DB) in the Service:
* data on sending the SES Key to the User to their valid Mobile phone number (User's Mobile phone number, SES Key, date and time of sending the SES Key);
* data on the User entering the SES Key into the corresponding field of the Service interactive form and/or clicking the functional electronic button within the SES Key validity period (User's Mobile phone number, SES Key, date and time of entering the SES Key);
* absence in the Service logs of technical data on failures or unauthorized activity.
8.14. In case of identity of the SES Key (SMS/PUSH) sent by PUZZLE to the User (including the Partner/Contractor) and the SES Key entered by the User into the corresponding field of the Service interactive form to confirm the signing of ED through the Service, and compliance with the conditions specified above, such SES is considered authentic and provided, and the ED signed and equivalent to a document on paper media signed with the User's handwritten signature
8.15. The User is obliged to:
8.15.1. Not disclose to third parties information about the Confirmation code, SES Key, Password to the Personal account, take all measures necessary and sufficient to keep this information secret.
8.15.2. Not transfer to third parties a SIM card that provides the ability to use a valid Mobile phone number.
8.15.3. In case of loss of a mobile device with a valid Mobile phone number, contact their mobile operator to block the lost SIM card and replace it. And also immediately inform PUZZLE about the loss of a mobile phone, SIM card with a valid Mobile phone number.
8.15.4. Control the data (parameters) specified in the ED formed and sent by the Service in accordance with the Agreement, and subject to their correctness and the User's agreement with the specified data (parameters) sign the corresponding ED.
8.15.5. The User bears the risk of occurrence of all adverse consequences that may occur in connection with the disclosure of their data and information, including risks associated with unfair or illegal actions of third parties who were able to gain access to the above information.
8.15.6. The User is obliged to keep the SES Key, authentication data secret and under no circumstances transfer it to third parties. In case of violation of the confidentiality of the SES Key or its loss, the User is obliged to immediately notify PUZZLE about this for its change.
8.15.7. The Service ensures the confidentiality of information about the User's SES Key, as well as the User's Password.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND TERRITORY AND TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
9.1. The rights arising for the parties to the Agreement are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. Term of validity: this Agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment of its publication and acceptance (acceptance) by the User.
9.3. Territory of validity: The User has the right to use the Service throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.

10. SENDING REQUESTS
Users, Partners and Contractors of the Service have the right to send a request to PUZZLE on any issue related to the functioning and use of the Service in the following ways:
* by sending an email with the subject "USER REQUEST" to the email address support@pzzl.ru;
* by sending a text message in the Service Support chat through the Service PA.
